CBIZ Acquires PSA Consulting Practice

CBIZ Inc. has acquired the actuarial and retirement plan consulting business of PSA Insurance and Financial Services, effective Nov. 1, 2011. PSA's actuarial and retirement plan consulting book of business recorded about $1.2 million in revenue during the last 12 months and includes four associates servicing the business.

CBIZ says it provides professional business services that help clients manage their finances and employees. Services include accounting and tax, internal audit, merger and acquisition advisory and valuation services. Employee services include group benefits, P&C insurance, retirement plan consulting, payroll, HR consulting and wealth management. CBIZ also provides outsourced technology staffing and support services, healthcare consulting and medical practice management.
