After the Sioux Falls, S.D., location was recently named the best large cell call center by Benchmark Portal, Cigna looks to add 50 additional staffers at the location.

The positions available over the next few months will be for customer service associates and sales representatives.

“We look to hire people who want to make a difference in our customers’ lives by providing support and compassion through their actions every day," said Dave Musil, call center director. "It's not your typical call center job. We are looking for team members who want more in a career than quoting APRs and making collections calls."
