CNA Financial Corporation announced the appointment of Dave Brosnan as SVP of International, effective May 6. In his role, Brosnan will lead CNA’s International underwriting team.
Dave joins CNA after 26 years in the industry, CNA said, most recently he was division president and chief underwriting officer for ACE Canada. Prior to that, he served as the president of ACE Casualty Risk and held various underwriting positions, including European zone underwriting officer with Chubb.
"Dave will lead our International underwriting team in the development of a broadened International strategy for CNA. Dave's experience in Europe and Canada will be an invaluable addition to CNA,” said Bob Lindemann, president, Commercial – CNA.
CNA is the country’s seventh largest commercial insurance writer and the 13th largest property/casualty company.
