Colibrium Partners Releases Tuo Version 5.0

Colibrium Partners LLC, a health insurance sales and service automation company, has launched Tuo Version 5.0, which extends capabilities to support reform-driven demands including exchange integration, wellness management and member segmentation. Colibrium says new modules include Tuo Dynamics, Health & Lifestyle Appraiser and Wellness Center, available on premise via CRM Online and in a private cloud.

Tuo Dynamics extends Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 to provide health insurance-specific capabilities for all market segments, says Colibrium, adding that it is integrated with all Tuo modules, ExactTarget and Cosmocom. The end-to-end platform provides customer segmentation and automation capabilities, while its preconfigured capabilities and Microsoft Dynamics CRM allow for the solution to be deployed in as little as six weeks.

Additionally, Tuo Health & Lifestyle Appraiser enables health insurance plans to identify care management opportunities and proactively engage their members in wellness activities, Colibrium notes. Online health questionnaires, health risk surveys and wellness surveys are intended to engage members in wellness programs, specialized insurance products and health related products.
