Confie Seguros, a national provider of personal lines insurance, has acquired three East Coast insurance brokerages, Your Insurance Spot Inc., Wise Insurance Agency Inc., and Bronkie Agency Inc..
The acquisitions are intended to further strengthen the geographic footprint of Confie Seguros’ national retail organization, which oversees over 650 offices. Confie now has 52 locations in New York, 31 in Florida, and 13 in South Carolina.
Your Insurance Spot was founded in 2007, is based in Kissimmee, FL, and specializes in non-standard auto insurance. Wise Insurance Agency was founded in 1999, is based in Columbia, SC, and specializes in personal lines insurance. Bronkie Agency was founded in 1961, is based in Williamsville, NY, and specializes in personal lines and small commercial insurance.
