Coverys, a provider of medical liability insurance, has chosen Accenture’s Duck Creek Suite, which includes policy, billing and claims software. The suite will create a single, integrated solution for rating, quoting, underwriting, billing, claims administration and policy lifecycle support.
Accenture said the suite is flexible and allows for changes to existing products and the development of new services. Duck Creek Billing and Claims will provide data management for billing and claims administration processes, sustaining workflow effectiveness without adding complexity.
Accenture added that the policy and claims software offers carriers modules that can be implemented individually or as part of a broader migration strategy. The Duck Creek Suite includes P&C software to configure products, transact lines of business and process claims.
