Vince Cole has been named EVP and CEO, Property & Casualty Americas by Crawford & Co., replacing Kevin Frawley, who has retired after 10 years with the company.
Cole will oversee P&C operations in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously, he was Crawford’s EVP of global strategy and business performance. Cole’s replacement has not yet been announced.

Prior to joining Crawford, Cole was CEO of Activa Medical Inc., in Raleigh, N.C.; he also was CEO of Aggio Medical, for which he more than quadrupled revenue and earnings in 15 months. He also held several executive-level general management, operations, marketing and product development positions at several General Electric Co. business units, and spent three years at Genworth Financial, provider of mortgage insurance, long-term care insurance, and life insurance and retirement solutions.
