Crum & Forster Launch Cyber Risk Service

Crum & Forster has launched a new service to assist its policyholders in their efforts to control cyber risk.

Dubbed eRisk Hub, the private Web-based portal provides policyholders with information and technical resources to assist them in the prevention of network, cyber and privacy losses and support them in the timely reporting and recovery of losses if an incident occurs. The portal is powered and maintained by cyber risk assessment services company NetDiligence.

The company says eRisk Hub is part of a broader effort to help insureds manage their network security and privacy exposures.

“By adding this new service to our Network Security & Privacy product, clients will now have a cutting-edge resource to help manage their cyber exposures and assist them in the event they have a breach," said Leigh McMullan, VP of C&F's Management & Professional Services (MAPS) division and Cyber Liability product manager.
