Deloitte Becomes Mobile-Minded

Financial consulting firm Deloitte has acquired mobile agency Übermind Inc., expanding Deloitte’s business, systems integration and enterprise technology capabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Deloitte says Übermind’s mobile strategy, engineering, design and creative talent transform the way companies use mobile solutions, using disruptive technologies to create inspiring and intuitive mobile applications designed to both strengthen brand and transform the business. Übermind complements Deloitte with talent, tools and assets customized to the mobile development lifecycle, including proprietary frameworks and methodologies.

With this acquisition, the full circle of creative business technology for the enterprise is complete, says Deloitte. Industry-focused mobile apps, designed from the ground up, for enterprise integration and market deployment help clients address virtually any digital technology challenge in their business.
