Digital says Benefits Marketplace has live customer support and benefits counselors to guide individuals through, and after, the enrollment process.
The marketplace is designed so that an employer specifies a defined contribution; the online enrollment system integrates with carriers and payroll service providers; and employees shop in an online store. Typically, according to Digital, enrollment can begin within a week after a company decides to convert to the system.
