Digital, Bremer Team Up to Meet Health Care Challenges

Digital Insurance, an employee benefits-only agency, is partnering with Bremer Financial Corp. to manage the organization’s health insurance and employee benefits programs. This partnership enhances service to Bremer’s customers in three Midwestern states and will help them better navigate the impending challenges of health care reform.

Digital says Bremer serves hundreds of employers and thousands of individual policyholders in Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin. While the organization will retain local sales and service representatives, policyholders also can use amenities such as Digital’s Customer Advocate Center, whose representatives help callers resolve coverage and claims questions.
