Dryden Mutual Rolls Out ISCS's SurePower Innovation

Dryden Mutual Insurance has implemented ISCS’s cloud-based SurePower Innovation system to handle all of the insurer’s commercial lines of business.

Dryden Mutual, a provider of property and liability insurance based in Dryden, N.Y., is using SurePower to replace an outdated legacy policy, claims and billing management system. The new system has already given the insurer operational efficiencies and greater ease of doing business for agents, policyholders and other staffers, according to the company.

“Our growth over the last few years simply necessitated a change in technology, and our search for the right technology led us to a short list of software vendors, each with proven track records,” said Peter Thorp, SVP and marketing manager for Dryden Mutual. “But ISCS and SurePower Innovation were the clear choice, especially when combined with the consistency, dependability and ease of doing business provided by SurePackage, ISCS’s managed SaaS deployment option.”

Dryden Mutual also intends to use SurePower to streamline workflows and extend real-time communication to the company's independent agent distribution channel. The system additionally features automated reinsurance, insurance accounting, payables, document management, producer/commission management and agent/consumer portals, as well as enhanced business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities.
