ePolicy Solutions Aligns with ODEN Insurance Services

ePolicy Solutions, Inc., a leader in providing Web-based policy administration solutions that can reduce expenses and improve customer service, today announced a marketing agreement with ODEN(R) Insurance Services, Inc., a provider of regulatory research and compliance products. ePolicy Solutions also announced it has integrated ODEN's Policy Terminator(R) into ePolicy Solutions' RightRisk(TM) for a top property and casualty insurer.

RightRisk transforms policy administration for insurance companies and their agents and brokers. The leading-edge Web-based technology automates clearance, rules-based underwriting, rating, quoting, binding, issuance and post-issuance processes for property and casualty insurance companies. RightRisk brings it all online so that coverage can begin in minutes, not weeks.

"Our partnership with ODEN Insurance Services adds significant value to the RightRisk solution by broadening our services for business users," said Lou Kwiker, president, chief executive officer and co-founder of ePolicy Solutions. "We have been successful in implementing the newly integrated features for a top carrier and look forward to bringing these benefits to additional customers."

The Policy Terminator (PT) is a knowledge-based program that automates the issuance of cancellation, nonrenewal, conditional renewal and reinstatement notices to the insured. It dynamically assembles compliant notices depending on related criteria such as the policy type, the action being taken, and the reason for that action. PT generates notices for all commercial and personal lines for the 50 states and the District of Columbia .

"ODEN's goal is to maximize customer productivity with accurate, timely and effective products," said Jim Oden, co-president of ODEN Insurance Services, Inc. "By integrating our Policy Terminator knowledge-based program with RightRisk, we are accomplishing that goal and providing a unique solution to insurance carriers."
