Everest Reinsurance Co. has selected Xuber for Reinsurers to replace its existing legacy system. The solution is a product of Xuber, the insurance software business of Xchanging Plc. Everest Re is the first customer to begin implementation of Xuber’s platform for reinsurers.
Xuber says Everest Re will implement the suite of products, which consists of four components: Xuber Contract, Xuber Claims, Xuber Billing and Xuber Retro Ceding. Implementation will begin immediately.
Xuber adds that it invested more than $31 million in developing its commercial software system, which is built on the Microsoft .NET platform. Xuber core process solutions include Xuber for Insurers, Xuber for Reinsurers, Xuber for Brokers and Xuber for MGAs. The company offers several deployment options, a migration methodology and accredited training.
