Falcon Insurance Company has chosen the Stingray System from Maximum Processing for all of their lines of business, which includes policy, billing, claims, imaging and reinsurance processing.
According to Maximum Processing, the Stingray System comes with consumer and agent portals as well as a point-of-sale system while providing workflow, imaging and third party interfaces.
"We were impressed by the Stingray System, especially the ability to configure it," says Michael Parrillo, president of Falcon Insurance. "The Stingray System will allow us to provide a number of enhanced interfaces via the Web, which will improve the experience for our agents and customers alike."
When looking for a provider, Parrillo specified that the carrier was also looking for a short timeframe and a deep technical knowledge of insurance.
