Farmers Insurance has named Scott Stice and Joe Richardson to newly created senior officer positions.
Stice will serve as head of field execution; Richardson’s new title is head of expansion markets.
"Both Scott Stice and Joe Richardson come to their new positions with a strong record of success," said Mhayse Samalya, head of distribution for Farmers. "As we move forward, Scott and Joe will be key to meeting our goals of growing profitably and geographically in the coming years."
Richardson spent the last 33 years with Allstate, most recently as SVP of distribution, marketing and customer experience. Prior to that he was VP of the company’s eastern market operating committee.
Stice has been in the industry for 21 years, working 10 years in the field before being hired by Farmers in 2000.
