FHM Insurance Co. (FHM), a P&C insurer focusing on workers’ compensation coverage, has selected a platform from Valen Analytics, a provider of proprietary data, analytics and predictive modeling.
Valen says FHM is using the “Predict” features of the InsureRight Platform to make predictive analytics more accessible to underwriters and provide insight to the potential risk associated with workers’ comp policies.
FHM is looking to gain access to transactional model deployment for risk selection and pricing accuracy. Predict is designed to give underwriters better visibility into individual risks and interact with predictive scores, according to Valen.
