The RC Inspection solution streamlines the field inspection process, says Risk Control Technologies. This allows mobile risk inspectors to electronically receive work requests and collect information in the field, including assessment data, recommendations, digital photos and diagrams. Data then is uploaded into a central database that allows underwriters to use the information in making underwriting decisions. The central data repository offers data mining and reporting capabilities traditionally unavailable in the paper-based loss-control environment.
Risk Control Technologies says that, with RC Inspection, Frank Cowan will be able to automate its loss-control processes; improve the quality and consistency of inspection reports; more effectively track outstanding recommendations that affect risk profiles; provide its underwriting team with timely data in support of decision-making; and eliminate paper loss-control files.
