Franklin Mutual Insurance Co., a personal and commercial lines insurer, has selected ISCS’s SurePower Innovation as the foundation of its core systems modernization and automation project. The SurePower Innovation suite will be delivered as a managed SaaS application.
The implementation of SurePower Innovation is intended to enable faster processing through automation, greater productivity through the elimination of manual processes, and a reduction in operating and maintenance costs overall, ISCS said, resulting in increased ability to offer a superior customer experience, new growth, and greater satisfaction and retention levels among policyholders.
