GAINSCO Auto Insurance, a provider of specialized personal auto coverage, has selected long-term provision of auto physical damage claims processing solutions from Mitchell, a provider of technology, connectivity and information solutions to the P&C claims and collision repair industries.
Mitchell says that, under the terms of the multi-year agreement, GAINSCO will implement WorkCenter Total Loss, developed in conjunction with J.D. Power and Associates, as well as Mitchell's assignment, repairable estimating and reporting solutions.
WorkCenter is described as an open, modular, end-to-end physical damage claims settlement solution. It powers all of an insurer's physical damage claims processing needs, including dispatch, appraisal, total loss, repair management, review and customer satisfaction reporting, says Mitchell.
