According to CAC, under the agreement, Great American will use CODE to manage regulatory compliance requirements associated with its specialty P&C, annuity and supplemental health insurance businesses.
Eve Cutler Rosen, SVP, general counsel and assistant secretary of Great American Insurance Co., says that, after a thorough evaluation of potential systems and software solutions, the company believes that CAC’s CODE product best meets its business needs.
“We believe that CODE will improve efficiencies, enhance transparency, and help us ensure compliance,” Rosen says.
