Hiscox Expands Coverage to Allied Health Professionals

Hiscox USA has announced the expansion of their professional liability and general liability policies to allied health professionals in 21 states. Coverage will be available direct and online.

Later this summer, Hiscox also will be available in California, Illinois and New York, allowing self-employed professionals in the health, beauty and well-being industries to buy insurance tailored to their industry needs and risks.

Coverage is available to a wide variety of industries, including: acupuncture/acupressure services, art therapy, audiology services, barber/hair styling, beautician/cosmetology services, dance/drama therapy, dieticians/nutritionists, aesthetician services, first aid and CPR training, hypnosis, marriage and family therapy, massage therapy, mental health counseling, music therapy, nail technician services, occupational therapy, personal/fitness training, social work services, speech therapy, substance abuse counseling and yoga/pilates/dance instruction.
