IAS Claim Services Releases Automated Field Dispatch System

IAS Claim Services, a company offering insurance claims service, has released Claimatic, an automated field dispatch software system for P&C claims.

Claimatic integrates multiple data sources in real-time, identifying the best available resource using loss location, adjuster or inspector qualifications, availability and other criteria, IAS said. These functions are designed to enable a quick, accurate field resources assignment. Claimatic dispatches the most appropriate adjuster or resource, which can reduce drive time between claims and eliminate the time involved in a manual assignment process, the company said.

The program is designed to enable the processing of a higher number of claims with speed, accuracy and fewer resources. Managements’ effectiveness is increased by tight adjuster tracking and exception reporting. Underwriting of claims is improved through claim cluster logistic data, resulting in improved retention of policyholders and members, IAS said.

“At IAS Claim Services we have become as much of a technology and innovation company as a claims service company,” said IAS Claim Services CEO, Larry Cochran. “Claimatic is a pioneering technology that utilizes a user interface and sophisticated algorithm to automatically evaluate thousands of available resources to determine the best field adjuster or other resource to assign a claim.”
