ICA, an adjusting company and wholly owned subsidiary of Brown & Brown Inc., has signed a multi-year contract to integrate claims settlement technology from Symbility Solutions Inc., a provider of cloud-based claims technology for the P&C industry.
The versatile features of Mobile Claims will give adjusters the opportunity to create customized and detailed estimates onsite for ICA’s and Symbility’s mutual clients, ICA said. This will cut down claim settlement time and provide streamlined claim resolution.
ICA will implement Symbility Claims Connect, a P&C claims workflow management solution, and Symbility Mobile Claims, a smartphone- and tablet-enabled field estimating application available within the P&C market, ICA said. The capabilities of Symbility’s products will enable ICA’s adjusters to streamline the estimating process and generate quick estimates directly onsite.
