San Diego, Calif. — ICW Group Insurance Cos., multi-line property/casualty insurance carriers providing workers' compensation, surety, commercial property, and personal and business auto products, reports that it will provide new and existing workers’ comp customers with a free on-line risk management service called Risk Management Rx, or simply RMRx.

RMRx is designed to provide next-generation online risk management tools that help companies simplify the challenges of developing and implementing an effective workplace safety program. RMRx includes many innovative features, such as the ability to track and trend incidents, monitor safety training, create customizable safety training policies and procedures, track certificates of insurance, access online safety articles, programs, bulletins and more.

“We are very excited to offer this state-of-the-art, Web-based risk management service to both our small and large workers’ comp customers,” says David Hoppen, COO of ICW Group Insurance Cos. “We welcome the opportunity to help our customers build a true culture of safety at their organization, and are proud to offer RMRx as a free service. With RMRx, companies can significantly save both time and money managing their work place risks.”

Hoppen added that ICW Group recently entered the small workers’ comp market. “We believe this comprehensive risk management tool will be especially appealing to this market sector.”

ICW Group’s work comp customers are issued their own unique username and password to access the RMRx online service. Once registered, risk managers can immediately begin taking advantage of the many online safety resources. The RMRx offering also provides just-in-time training for new users, including online training videos, safety webinars and bi-weekly e-mails highlighting safety training topics.
