ICW Group Offers Risk Management Service for Workers' Comp Market

San Diego, Calif. — ICW Group Insurance Cos. announced that it will provide new and existing workers' compensation customers with a free online risk management service called Risk Management Rx, or RMRx. RMRx provides next-generation online risk management tools that help companies simplify the challenges of developing and implementing an effective workplace safety program, ICW Group says. RMRx includes many features, such as the ability to track and trend incidents; monitor safety training; create customizable safety training policies and procedures; track certificates of insurance; access online safety articles, programs and bulletins.

"We are very excited to offer this state-of-the-art Web-based risk management service to both our small and large workers' comp customers," says David Hoppen, COO of ICW Group. "We welcome the opportunity to help our customers build a true culture of safety at their organization, and are proud to offer RMRx as a free service. With RMRx, companies can significantly save both time and money managing their workplace risks. ICW Group has recently entered the small workers' compensation market, and we believe this comprehensive Risk Management tool will be especially appealing to this market sector."

ICW Group's workers’ comp customers are issued their own unique username and password to access the RMRx online service. Once registered, risk managers can immediately begin taking advantage of the many online safety resources. The RMRx offering also provides just-in-time training for new users, including online training videos, safety webinars, bi-weekly e-mails highlighting safety training topics and more.

"We believe ICW Group's risk management services are second-to-none in the insurance industry," says Hoppen. "Since we launched RMRx just a few weeks ago, response has been tremendous. Our insured customers are quickly finding out just how easy it is to reduce workplace risk with this new service.
