ImageRight Makes Partnership Moves

Chicago — ImageRight Inc., a provider of content management and workflow systems, issued releases today announcing it is partnering with two different companies on separate projects.

ImageRight and INSTEC, a supplier of commercial lines rating and policy issuance software, formed a strategic partnership to provide better-integrated services to new insurance customers as well as existing ImageRight and INSTEC clients.

The Conyers, Ga.-based vendor also is partnering with OneShield Inc., developer of OneShield Dragon—a modern, rules- and tools-based, data-driven policy management suite for the property/casualty insurance market.

ImageRight works closely with policy, rating, claims and other core administration system providers, such as INSTEC, to develop pre-built interfaces that help to alleviate the stress often related to the often cumbersome process of making existing systems truly work together. The ImageRight-INSTEC alliance enhances the solutions portfolio for both companies, and better positions them to effectively and efficiently serve the insurance industry, the companies say.

According to ImageRight, the OneShield alliance will have an immediate positive impact for mutual clients in terms of driving insurance automation. Communication between the two products is based on the latest technology available through Web services, the use of FTP and XML standards.
