Imperial Fire and Casualty Insurance Co., a provider of personal auto, commercial auto, personal property and flood policies, has selected Insurer Claims and Insurer Analytics to support its personal and commercial auto lines of business, and property claims management. Insurer Claims and Insurer Analytics are products of Innovation Group, a provider of solutions to the insurance, fleet and automotive industries.
Innovation Group said Imperial is actively writing policies in Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas and licensed in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, South Carolina and West Virginia. Imperial needed a claims solution with integrated analytics that would provide a significant increase in flexibility and agility.
Innovation Group added that Insurer Claims includes First Notice of Loss, triage, fraud management, supply chain, vehicle and property damage, subrogation, special investigation, litigation and settlement. Insurer Analytics will expand Imperial's knowledge and capabilities by providing business intelligence, dashboard reporting and real-time analytics.
