Industrial Alliance Auto and Home Insurance will go live in early 2014 with Exigen Insurance Solutions’ underwriting, policy administration, billing and claim management solutions for auto and homeowners for Quebec operations. The Exigen Suite applications, including PolicyCore, BillingCore and ClaimCore, are intended to improve operational efficiency, product distribution management and customer service.

Industrial Alliance Auto and Home Insurance (IAAH) said it initially would roll out home and auto products for new business. Simultaneously, 3 million account and customer records, policy headers and recent quotes for both home and auto will be migrated to the new system. IAAH will be able to manage marketing communications to a large contact database using Exigen Suite’s integrated CustomerCore module for customer relationship and communications management. 

IAAH added that the Exigen Suite would offer benefits that include a view of customer information across its core operations; a configurable tool to accelerate product development; self-service portals for customers and for agents; on-demand multi-lingual engagement of customers; automated underwriting capabilities; an optimized claims handling system; and business intelligence and monitoring tools.
