Insurance Ranked No. 6 of 19 Industries in Customer Experience

Fourteen insurance companies have received customer experience ratings from Temkin Group. The “2014 Temkin Experience Ratings” is an annual ranking of companies that is based on a study of 10,000 U.S. consumers.

To generate these ratings, Temkin Group asked consumers to evaluate their experiences with a company across three dimensions: functional, accessible and emotional. Temkin Group then averaged these three scores to produce a company's Temkin Experience Rating.
