JDi Data expanded its software solutions suite with the launch of Policy Administrator, which the vendor described as an end-to-end software solution to support customer retention and growth.
“Policy Administrator expands our offerings to significantly more clients,” said James DeRosa, president of JDi Data Corporation, who added that the browser-based system was designed to enable quotes within seconds, one-click policy endorsements, as well as simplified renewal, cancellation and re-issuance capabilities.
Missouri Professionals Mutual (MPM) has selected Policy Administrator as their policy admin platform. Established in 2003, MPM provides comprehensive coverage to nearly one-third of all Missouri physicians.
Originally architected for professional liability and medical malpractices, Policy Administrator now supports multiple lines of business, including workers’ compensation, auto and general liability. It can be integrated with existing systems, or implemented in tandem with JDi Data’s Claims Manager, the company said.
