As VP of information technology, according to Jewelers, Ashland's responsibilities will include the overall leadership, management, strategic development and execution of technology resources, investments and department operations.
Ashland has been with the company since 2006, having served as manager of enterprise systems and planning, director of application systems and director of architecture and integration management. Prior to joining Jewelers Mutual, Ashland held a number of positions at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
Ashland has more than 23 years of experience in information technology, P&C insurance, and life and health insurance, says Jewelers.
