KnightBrook Insurance Co. has selected The Innovation Group Plc.’s Innovation Auto product to provide auto claim repair services for the company's auto business. KnightBrook is a specialty insurance company underwriting niche programs with an emphasis on commercial auto, general liability and financial guaranty.
Innovation says the auto product includes services, such as the Innovation Managed Repair Network (iMRN), customer shop of choice, managed independent adjusters, total loss and salvage management, rental management, desk review and adverse subrogation. Innovation Auto will provide KnightBrook with an auto direct repair program focused on optimizing the entire claims process, helping to improve claims results. Additionally, KnightBrook will receive detailed reporting, providing cycle time, cost and service details to manage growing operations.
Innovation Group says iMRN offers coverage with a choice of shops, consistency and a lifetime warranty on the work performed. It also provides access to body shops with the buying power of a large network provider.
