Great JobI just want to let you know that I saw Steve Dwyer's "Happy Trails to Paper Trails" article in the January 2005 issue of Insurance Networking News, and I think you did a great job. Often the story gets garbled in retelling, but you managed to pack a lot of information into the right business context and keep the facts straight. Well done! It's also written clearly enough that even a non-technical person can follow it (e.g., my wife got it). Thanks for doing such a nice job on an important story.
