MAIF Selects MajescoMastek Billing and Policy Admin Applications

The Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund (MAIF), has selected the STG Policy Administration and STG Billing solutions from MajescoMastek, a provider of insurance software and IT services and subsidiary of Mastek Ltd.

STG Insurance Content Designer and STG Insurance Content Manager will enable MAIF’s business and IT users to manage business rules, rates and forms, MajescoMastek said. The content is accessed through an architecture built on open standards, offering a web-based user experience.

MajescoMastek said benefits will include reduced costs in billing and policy administration processes; streamlined workflows, reporting, metrics; enhanced customer experience and services; and ease in creation, modification and management of business rules. MAIF also will implement MajescoMastek’s Mobile Application.
