Springfield, Mass. - In its latest effort to provide women with comprehensive financial education, MassMutual Financial Group is targeting females with an online financial seminar designed to help them assess their personal finances and develop a long-term financial strategy.
Built around the online seminar "10 Financial Questions & Answers for Women," the new seminar touches on the major financial issues MassMutual believes women should consider, such as life insurance protection, planning for retirement, and establishing a will. The seminar, which users can view at their own pace, offers answers that bring insight around complex financial issues.
Susan Sweetser, second vice president of Women's Markets at MassMutual, narrates the seminar. "As the incomes of women continue to increase, so does their need to have a better understanding of the broader financial issues they face," says Sweetser. "Our hope is that after viewing this presentation, women have a clearer picture of these challenges, and it will spark their interest in building a comprehensive financial strategy that will help ensure security and happiness."
