MassMutual's Retirement Services has a reason to celebrate, as its call center recently earned Gold and Silver awards and was highly commended in the 2009 Top Performers in the Contact Center Industry competition sponsored by ContactCenterWorld.com, North America.

MassMutual received the Gold award in the "Best Recruitment Campaign" category and took home the Silver award for the "Best Contact Center in America, 51-249 Agents" category. MassMutual also was highly commended in the "Best Customer Service" category. The 2009 Top Performers Awards recognize the best in the contact center industry from North and South America. More than a thousand applicants competed for the 2009 awards program with the best being short listed, and invited to present at a unique event in Toronto in early June. As a Gold medal winner, MassMutual also has been invited to share its best practices at the 2009 Top Performers in the World event taking place this coming November.

MassMutual's Retirement Services Call Center is staffed with professionals who are trained to assist individuals in managing a vast array of retirement planning and saving needs, from questions about investment options to taking full advantage of matching contributions. Call Center associates also offer "roll-in" service so customers can consolidate savings from other qualifying retirement accounts to achieve a more holistic picture of their overall retirement savings.
