Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. has introduced a new Portfolio Audit and Account Review program available to agents on the company's producer web site, FieldNet. PAAR is designed to help the company's more than 8,000 financial professionals and support staff improve their productivity and meet their clients' evolving needs.
With PAAR, financial professionals can accomplish in minutes what it used to take hours to do: prepare accurate, up-to-date reports that summarize their clients' MassMutual investment and insurance portfolio. PAAR simplifies and automates the process of searching for clients, aggregating family policies and producing a comprehensive report
"PAAR automatically gathers vital client data from several of MassMutual's insurance and investment product data bases and produces a comprehensive ready-to-deliver, compliance approved report of a customer's MassMutual holdings," says Hector Maury, second vice president, Field Effectiveness for MassMutual. "It is easy to use, reduces the time needed to prepare for client reviews and helps identify product gaps in a client's portfolio."
PAAR provides a financial professional search by name, Social Security number or tax identification number to display by product line all active MassMutual policies, contracts and investments. Current values, benefits and costs for insurance products are shown.
"PAAR information also can be downloaded in an ACORD XMLife industry standard format, which can be used with certain information-management systems or software that support the standard," Maury says.
