Yao is charged with development, implementation and security of MEMIC's information systems and technology. A veteran of the insurance industry, he last served as director of applications development at Aetna, and has also been a VP of IT for CNA.
Yao is a graduate of Babson College. MEMIC is based in Portland, Me.
