OLDSMAR, Fla. -- eAutoclaims today announced that it has secured a two-year contract with Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company. eAutoclaims will provide its national network of body shops and independent appraisers (IA) to process Michigan Millers' automobile and commercial heavy equipment physical damage claims.
The program will run on eAutoclaims' online eJusterSuite claims application. Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company operates in the states of Michigan and New York. Chuck Favour, Property Claims Manager of Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company, said, "eAutoclaims has customized their eJusterSuite application to allow us to go paperless without additional capital expenditures. Our users have gained efficiencies through ease of use and reduced cycle-time in closing files." He continued, "We have also reduced our loss adjustment expense by 25% using both the EACC body shops and IA networks."
