Enhancements to the software application include improvements to usability and a focus on state-level compliance for Florida, Hawaii, Minnesota and New York.

Decision Point automates claims handling and simplifies decision-making related to claims. ClaimIQ equips each adjuster with their own personal industry expert at key points in the claims handling process, enabling them to manage risk across three critical areas—investigation, evaluation and negotiation.
