Mutual of Enumclaw, insurer of individuals, families, farms and businesses, has deployed Guidewire BillingCenter to manage billing operations, including agency and direct bill for all of its lines of business.
The insurer sought to consolidate two billing systems, simplify the experience for agents and policyholders and generate new business, Guidewire said. The insurer devised an on-demand migration process for policyholders; and for those with multiple accounts, the first account that came up for renewal would trigger all their other accounts to be migrated to the new system at one time, Guidewire said, which reduced the disruption potential.
