Mutual of Enumclaw, a mutual insurance company, has selected BillingCenter to manage its billing operations, including agency and direct bill. BillingCenter is a product of Guidewire Software Inc., and will be deployed to all of Mutual of Enumclaw’s lines of business.
The insurer is hoping that BillingCenter will enable it to make system changes to meet changing business and technical requirements, as well as improve its operational efficiency by eliminating manual processes.
According to Guidewire, BillingCenter is a billing and receivables management system built on automation, control and flexibility. It is designed to enable the automation of the billing lifecycle; flexible billing, payment and delinquency plans; management of agent commissions; and integration with external payment systems.
