myRegence.com Honored with Three Awards

The Web Marketing Association, the Information Management Symposium and the Internet Marketing Association (IMA) awarded the Regence Group with separate honors for its Web presence, myRegence.com and online treatment cost estimator.

The Regence Group resides in the northwest region of the United States, serving members as Regence BlueShield of Idaho, Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon and Utah, and Regence BlueShield (in parts of Washington).

The WebAwards is a global website development contest with international industry experts for judges. MyRegence.com won “Outstanding Website in the Insurance Category,” scoring near-perfect marks in the categories of content and interactivity.

The IM Symposium’s People's Choice Information Innovation Award is designed to recognize Blue Cross and Blue Shield health plans that have made significant achievements in providing business value or innovation with a proven information-based solution. Again, myRegence.com received the award for its treatment cost estimator, which provides members with price estimates for common medical treatments based on their benefits and the providers they choose.

Lastly, the IMA is recognizing the website for its superiority in developing Internet marketing strategies and campaigns, specifically, according to the IMA, “the online tools and resources it provides to help members make informed decisions about health care and lead healthier lives.“
