Cooper’s most recently served as EVP and CFO of CA Technologies Inc., joining the global software provider in 2006 where she was responsible for all of CA’s corporate and business unit financial functions worldwide, including the controller role, treasury, tax, investor relations and risk management. She retired from CA in 2011.
Her 30-year career spans senior financial leadership roles with a number of private and public companies, including IMS Health Inc., Reciprocal Inc., Pitney Bowes Credit Corporation and IBM. She currently serves as a board director of

Cooper received an MBA from Harvard University and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Bucknell University.
