Perspecsys, a company offering cloud data control protection gateway applications, has partnered with ClaimVantage, a company offering insurance claims processing applications.
The combination of the Perspecsys AppProtex Cloud Protection Gateway and the ClaimVantage Cloud-based Claims Management application enables customers to use the cloud securely. Perspecsys enables ClaimVantage to protect customer data via strong security, without having to compromise the integrity and functionality of the application, said ClaimVantage, enabling insurers to comply with industry regulations.
Using encryption and tokenization technologies, Perspecsys AppProtex helps ClaimVantage to offer fast access to claims processing in the cloud. This helps streamline the entire claims process for insurers, employers and third-party administrators. The AppProtex Gateway intercepts sensitive ClaimVantage customer data and replaces it with random tokenized values. This renders the data meaningless, should anyone outside of the company access the data while it is being processed or stored in the cloud.
