Preferred Mutual Insurance Co., a personal and commercial P&C carrier, has selected and implemented DotClaim, the web-based claims management software from Axiom Inc.
Preferred Mutual has completely replaced its legacy claims management system and converted all existing claims to DotClaim, Axiom said.
As part of the project, Preferred Mutual is modernizing its claims practices, enhancing overall customer service, claims response and expenses management with the assistance of Axiom’s DotClaim implementation professionals. In addition, DotClaim’s integration with Preferred Mutual’s internal and external systems, and the utilization of DotClaim’s productivity and workflow features now are helping improve operational efficiencies for the insurer.
