Progressive Car Insurance is expanding in three locations nationwide. The company plans to fill about 120 positions at its Austin, Texas contact center, 150 positions at its Cleveland location, and 130 positions at its Riverview, Fla., location by the end of the year. Progressive says the available positions will be in sales, service and claims.
Progressive says phone representatives will sell policies, answer customer questions, or help customers file claims after car accidents.
