ProSight Specialty Insurance has selected business intelligence (BI) and data warehouse software from iPartners, which provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) BI and data warehousing technology to the P&C sector
ProSight is turning to the iPartners software for support by providing a data warehouse as it undertakes growth and expansion plans. This consolidates data from multiple ProSight sources, combined with BI and analytics capabilities. The software’s cloud delivery, offering accessibility for ProSight offices and business units, was a key factor in the purchase, according to iPartners.
ProSight says it sought a quick implementation, so the efficiency of SaaS delivery coupled with the system’s P&C-specific content and packaging influenced the decision as well.
Some of the benefits ProSight is hoping the new technology will enable include improved data management, business analytics and decision making; consistent report development process with improved definitions and automated calculations; and common tools for all business units and offices.
