QBE North America has hired Daniel Franzetti as chief claims officer, the company announced today.
Franzetti comes to the worldwide reinsurer by way of Zurich Australia Insurance Limited, where he served in the same role. At QBE, the 20-year insurance veteran will serve on the executive management board and lead the company’s claims operations. He will report to CEO Dave Duclos, who will both work out of the company’s New York office.
